Shehzad Deol has already been a part of a reality show before Bigg Boss 14 and is definitely giving his contestants a tough fight without hesitating to put forth his piece of mind. Previous seen in Ace Of Space, Shehzad Deol is the first turbaned guy to ever be a part of Bigg Boss 14. Known to take advantage of the opportunities given to him, Shehzad Deol has become a household name in just a week’s worth of time in the Bigg Boss house. He also got in an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Hungama before making a power-packed entry in the house, take a look at the excerpts from our conversation.

1. What made you say yes to Bigg Boss 14?

Bigg Boss is the number 1 reality show on Indian Television at the moment and attracts eyeballs unlike any other. For me Bigg Boss is a pedestal to win hearts, entertain the audience, and carve a niche for myself in the industry which leads to a career here in the future.

2. How are you expecting it to be different than your previous shows?

While all reality shows are game changers in some way or the other, Bigg Boss is the largest of them all. The show has a larger than life appeal, and the traction, reach and mass attention that one gets from a show like Bigg Boss is definitely like none other!

3. What kind of strategies are you planning to stick by in the show?

My only strategy is to showcase my true self on the show. Who I actually am, and to just be honest and real with myself and the audiences to see on the show.

4. One thing you look forward to in the house?

This time the Bigg Boss house has a lot of new amenities which have never been seen before, which I totally looking forward too! The spa and the movie theatre are ones I am looking forward to the most!

5. What is the one personality trait that people will need to watch out for when it comes to you as a contestant?

Like I mentioned earlier, I am someone who is very honest and true to my word. Being a typical Punjabi I truly follow the khao, peeyo aish karo, but kisi ka dil mat dukhao mantra, but if someone tries to walk over me I am not one of those who will stay still, but will infact speak up for myself!

6. What do you think is the most exciting part about being on the show?

Getting to be in the same screen space with host Salman Khan is what I am most excited about! I have only met him once or twice a couple of years ago, but this time I really want him to know who I am through the show, and that is something I am really looking forward too!

7. How do you plan to deal with situations that get a little out of hand?

My reactions would all eventually depend on what the situation at hand is!

8. How would you describe yourself as a contestant in three words?

That should honestly be up to the audiences to decide.
