Riding high on the mega success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Kartik Aaryan was recently in Europe with his team celebrating the success of the film. While he is back in the bay and immersed in work, he sat down with Bollywood Hungama to talk about the film, what it means to have a blockbuster project and his struggles. The actor has come a long way from not having a car when he came to the industry to owning some of the expensive cars right now. The actor, who is now one of the leading stars of Bollywood, revealed that despite the glowing success of his debut film Pyaar Ka Punchnaama, he didn’t own a car until quite later in his career.

Speaking to Bollywood Hungama, Kartik said, “When I first came to the industry, I didn’t have any car. The first car that I bought was after a couple of film — a third-hand car that I got for around Rs 60,000. I got it with great difficulty.”

“There was a problem with the car door. I took it specifically because I was still taking an auto to the red carpet, or going on a bike, or getting a lift from people. So, this car, the door didn’t open. I didn’t know what set-up that was, I couldn’t open it. There was also a leakage when it rained on the driver’s seat, but I got used to it.”

With Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 released, Kartik Aaryan has Shehzada, Captain India, Freddy, and Sajid Nadiadwala's untitled next in his line up ahead. He has also signed another film with Sajid Nadiadwala which will be helmed by Kabir Khan.
