The glitz and glamour return to Mumbai as the Macho Hint presents Bollywood Hungama Style Icons Summit and Awards 2024 kicked off its second edition. Starting on May 2, at the Taj Lands' End, the event promises to be a star-studded celebration of style and talent in the Indian entertainment industry. This year's ceremony goes beyond just awards. Industry insiders and fans can also look forward to invigorating panel discussions featuring prominent figures. Kicking off the fifth panel of the day are actors Neha Dhupia, Gulshan Devaiah, Rasika Dugal, and Amol Parashar for the session titled "Cracking the style code: is there a sure-shot mantra to hit it out of the park?"
The discussion explored the question: in a fast-paced industry where trends come and go, what's the secret to staying ahead of the curve? Can a single mantra guarantee a winning style choice every time? The panelists, known for their distinct and evolving personal styles, likely offered a diverse range of perspectives.
Neha Dhupia championed the idea of pushing boundaries and embracing individuality. Gulshan Devaiah, who often rocks a casual yet effortlessly stylish look, might have emphasized the importance of comfort and confidence in one's own skin. Neha Dhupia quipped about splurging on shopping from the money her husband Angad Bedi gives. “I do have pieces for events and stuff but for going to restaurants and if I hire a stylist or something then the bill for outfits would be more than food. I don’t even have that kind of money. For daily lifestyle, I don’t have a stylist.”
When someone asked how many she has stylists she has, she quipped, “I mean how much [money] Angad can give, I have that many [stylists].”
