On World Kindness Day, on November 23, Ajay Devgn and his team of NY Cinemas came together to help the underprivileged. The Rudra actor, accompanied by his son Yug Devgan and nephew Aaman Devgan, distributed school supplies, hearing aids, and food to underprivileged children and senior citizens. After that, extending yet another necessary helping hand, the foundation is expected to promote education and extend their support to thousands of children.
Ajay Devgn’s NY Foundation has been actively supporting various causes across India. At Model Town Residents Welfare Association and Swapnakshay Charitable Trust’s Children Day 2023 celebrations, NY Foundation focused on promoting education for over 2000 underprivileged children. At the event, these children received school supplies and food. Some children and senior citizens were also provided with hearing aids. Earlier, the teams from various locations of NY cinemas namely Ghazipur, Guwahati, Hapur, Surendranagar and Ahmedabad joined hands to collect and contribute essential items such as clothes, books, toys, food items and old utility items such as watches and stationery to the underprivileged and needy. This initiative is expected to be another step from the NY Foundation towards empowering society and assisting those in need.
Meanwhile, Ajay Devgn, who is not only an actor but also a filmmaker, was last seen in his action packed directorial Bholaa. The actor has Boney Kapoor’s Maidaan, which is yet to release. The actor is currently working on the highly anticipated Singham Again, which is a third part of the Singham franchise and fifth in the Rohit Shetty cop universe. The film will also have Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, and Kareena Kapoor Khan in pivotal roles and is slated for release on August 15, 2024. The film will be seen having a clash with the pan India entertainer Pushpa 2: The Rule, starring Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil.
