As one would expect from the film of a superstar like SRK, Chennai Express made the most from the Independence Day holiday yesterday in India. The film collected Rs. 19.56 cr on Thursday, registering a jump of 56.05% in its BO figures in comparison to its Wednesday collections. While the other top 3 grossers of the year saw major drop in their businesses during their respective first weeks on Thursday, the National holiday yesterday has majorly boosted Chennai Express' collections.
