Indian actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu has ventured into a new realm of expression with the launch of her inaugural podcast. The actress celebrated for her performances across Tamil, Telugu, and Bollywood cinema, is now leveraging her platform to delve into matters close to her heart, particularly health and wellness.

In her debut podcast titled "Understanding Autoimmunity," Samantha candidly shared insights into her personal health journey, shedding light on her battle with autoimmune diseases. Joined by wellness coach and nutritionist, Alkesh Sharotri, Samantha delves deep into the complexities of autoimmune conditions, drawing from her own experiences to offer perspectives and advice to her audience.

 

 

The podcast serves as a platform for Samantha to raise awareness about autoimmune diseases, including her own struggle with myotis disease. Through anecdotes and thoughtful reflections, she imparts knowledge about the challenges posed by such conditions and emphasizes the importance of proactive health management and preventive measures.

 

With the launch of her podcast, Samantha Ruth Prabhu extends her reach beyond the silver screen, connecting with audiences on a more intimate and informative level. Apart from that, Samantha will be soon seen in Citadel India. It will showcase her skills in high-energy action sequences, alongside Varun Dhawan, who plays the male lead. Apart from Citadel, Samantha was last seen in film Kushi, where she was paired opposite Vijay Deverakonda. The Telugu movie released on September 1 and was also available in Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages. The film featured a stellar cast including Jayaram, Sachin Khedekar, Murali Sharma, Lakshmi, Ali, Rohini, Vennela Kishore, Rahul Ramakrishna, Srikanth Iyengar, and Saranya.
