Lee Sung Min, Yoo Yeon Seok, Lee Jung Eun starrer A Bloody Lucky Day and Queen Woo set for Paramount+ streaming

South Korean action thriller A Bloody Lucky Day and period drama Queen Woo are set for Paramount+ streaming! Paramount+ and TVING have jointly announced these Korean TV series for streaming at the platform.

According to Variety, Paramount+ said that new Korean drama series Yonder has been the most-watched international show in the U.S. in its first week of availability (since April 11). Its upcoming Korean series Bargain earned the best screenplay award at Canneseries on Wednesday and will upload in summer this year.

 

As per official synopsis, TVING’s original webtoon-based thriller drama A Bloody Lucky Day follows taxi driver Oh Taek who picks up a high-paying customer headed to Mokpo and finds out on the way that he is a serial killer. Starring Lee Sung Min, Yoo Yeon Seok and Lee Jung Eun, the thriller series is directed by Pil Gam Sung and written by Kim Min Sung and Song Hanna.

 

Meanwhile, Jeon Jong Seo starrer Queen Woo is a historical action drama telling the story of the first woman to become queen twice in Korean history. The series is directed by Jung Se Kyo from a script by Lee Byoung Hak. As the outlet reports, both series will play on Paramount+ in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, Latin America, Brazil, Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
