Get ready for some chimichangas and adamantium claws, because Deadpool and Wolverine are back together! The highly anticipated movie Deadpool & Wolverine has released a new wave of promotions, including an action-packed trailer finally giving a glimpse into Deadpool poking Wolverine's claws.

The excitement extends beyond just the fans. Robert Liefeld, the creator of Deadpool, recently shared his thoughts on the movie on X (formerly Twitter). Liefeld is apparently blown away by the film's action sequences, comparing them favourably to the acclaimed fight scenes in Captain America: The Winter Soldier. While he remains tight-lipped about some specific fight details, Liefeld enthusiastically declared the film will be "up there with the best Comic Book Film of all time!" Taking to the micro-blogging site, he wrote, “I’ve been telling everyone how great this movie looks and it’s the BEST action since Winter Soldier. The car fight! Forest fight! The ********** fight! It’ll be up there with the best Comic Book Film of all time!”

 

 

 

In another post, Liefeld joined the immense hype around the film as he responded to an account’s comment about the post-credits scene in the upcoming film. According to the insider, the post-credits scene ‘is so mind blowing’ that they were unable to believe that the makers were ‘able to pull this off without anyone knowing’. To which, Liefeld responded, “He’s ain’t lying to you!”

 

 

 

Shawn Levy takes the helm as director for Deadpool & Wolverine, with Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman reprising their beloved roles. The cast also includes familiar faces like Morena Baccarin, Leslie Uggams, and Karan Soni, alongside some exciting new additions like Emma Corrin, Rob Delaney, and Matthew Macfadyen.

 

Behind the scenes, a powerhouse team has assembled to bring this movie to life. Kevin Feige, Ryan Reynolds, Shawn Levy, and Lauren Shuler Donner serve as producers. Executive producers include Louis D’Esposito, Wendy Jacobson, Mary McLaglen, Josh McLaglen, Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick, George Dewey, and Simon Kinberg.  The screenplay is a collaborative effort by Ryan Reynolds, Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick, Zeb Wells, and Shawn Levy.

 

Deadpool & Wolverine hits theatres on July 26 in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
