Critics Choice Awards 2023: Abbott Elementary and Better Call Saul lead nominations; Extraordinary Attorney Woo, Pachinko bag nods

The award season has begun and the nominations for Critics Choice Awards 2023 are out. The comedy series Abbott Elementary is leading the nominations amongst the television nominees bagging six nods including best comedy series, best actress in a comedy series (Quinta Brunson), best-supporting actor in comedy series (Chris Perfetti and Tyler James Williams) and best actress in a comedy series (Janelle James and Sheryl Lee Ralph).

The series Better Call Saul has bagged five nominations including best drama series, best actor in a drama series (Bob Odenkirk), best-supporting actor in a drama series (Giancarlo Esposito) and best supporting actress in a drama series (Carol Burnett and Rhea Seehorn).

 

Interestingly, the popular Korean drama Extraordinary Attorney Woo starring Park Eun Bin and Lee Min Ho and Minha starrer Pachinko have bagged nominations in the Best Foreign Show category.
