Sidharth Malhotra is a busy man who is shooting for Neeraj Pandey’s Aiyaary in London. This will be the first time Sidharth Malhotra will portray the role of a military man. While Sidharth Malhotra is busy with the shooting, the actor is not missing one day to work out. Sidharth is working hard to keep his body in shape and is training under personal trainer Jozef Jurik to help him reach the desired results. He has been doing EMS - Electrical Muscle Simulation training for his role of a military man. He shared a video of himself in the gym and captioned it, "EMS - Electrical muscle simulation, training in London with @blacklinetraining #new #training #equipment #sidfit."

 

Aiyaary stars Sidharth Malhotra, Manoj Bajpayee, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, Rakul Preet Singh, Anupam Kher among others. Directed by Neeraj Pandey, it is slated for Republic day 2018 release. Meanwhile, Sidharth Malhotra is gearing for another action adventure film A Gentleman with Jacqueline Fernandez. Directed by Krishna D.K., Raj Nidimoru, the film is slated to release on August 25, 2017.
