Spider-Man: No Way Home stars Tom Holland and Zendaya are all set to take their relationship to the next level by getting a mansion together in UK worth over Rs. 30 crore (£3million).

According to a report in Mirror UK, the couple, who met on the sets of Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2016, have bought a six-bed Richmond property in South West London. The actors have big renovation plans which is rumoured to be a £250,000 (over Rs. 2.5 crore) do-up and their house will reportedly include a gym, a cinema and a man cave.

 

The couple flew in from LA to collect the keys of their new home in London. “They are over the moon about the property and getting their first home together. They are very much in love and wanted their first home to be in London, where Tom grew up. Everyone is thrilled for them,” the report further revealed. “Tom has made it clear he wants hi-tech security all around the premises, starting with an 8ft steel security gate on the drive. He was also very specific about his man cave and the cinema room.”

 

The source further revealed that the 25-year-olds are planning to move to their new home in late summer. As per the report, “The plan is for them to move in after renovation is completed, probably late summer.”

 

Tom Holland already owns a three-bedroom flat in the capital, while Euphoria star Zendaya has a £3million home in Los Angeles. The new mansion is reportedly close to Tom’s parents and childhood home in Kingston, upon Thames.

 

Richmond -- which is the only London borough to span the Thames with more than 20 miles of riverside frontage -- is home to a string of A-listers namely Sir Mick Jagger, Angelina Jolie, Sir David Attenborough and Tom Hardy.
