‘Shah Rukh Khan is not that sort of person’, reveals Vivek Vaswani as he reacts to his relationship rumour with Priyanka Chopra

Known as the quintessential romantic hero of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan has wooed the hearts of many in reel life but in reality, the actor has always opened up about his love and romance for wife Gauri. However, in the late 2000s, SRK witnessed media speculations about his alleged affair with Don actress Priyanka Chopra, which resulted in much rumours that even claimed that his marriage with Gauri had hit rock bottom. However, the superstar’s friend and co-actor Vivek Vaswani reacted to them, asserting that SRK has had eyes only for one woman all his life.

In an interview with Siddharth Kanan, Vivek Vaswani opened up about how he met Shah Rukh Khan during the initial struggling days of his career and also revealed details about his love story with Gauri. During the same, he was asked about the link-up rumours of SRK. Interestingly, as Vivek pointed out SRK was never linked to any other actress except Priyanka Chopra in the past. “It is not true. In fact, from the time I have known him, he has been a one-woman man all his life. How many flings have you heard of? We have had one rumour of Priyanka Chopra, that also its a rumour but what else have we heard of Shah Rukh? Nothing. He’s not that kind of a person,” added Vaswani.

 

The actor also went on to confirm that Shah Rukh Khan only shared a friendly relation with everyone including the actresses but nothing more than that. “Relationship? Means? Sexual relationship? No. He’s not that sort. I don’t know where the rumours came from,” he maintained. “There was a relationship of friendship but there was no relationship of sex?” Vivek added.

 

Vivek Vaswani has worked with Shah Rukh Khan in several projects including King Uncle, Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman, and Dulha Mil Gaya.
