Shah Rukh Khan and John Cena have a sweet Twitter banter and here’s why it is attracting attention
He is known as a charmer and is one of the wittiest orators that B-town has ever seen. Shah Rukh Khan is also a self-confessed social media fan and is known for his quirky responses he gives on this platform. When celebrity wrestler John Cena decided to share a post about the superstar, the latter started off a ‘pun’ game of sorts with Cena on the micro blogging platform and the wrestler too played along.Shah Rukh Khan and John Cena have a sweet Twitter banter and here’s why it is attracting attention
It all started with a tweet posted by John Cena after he came across the video of Shah Rukh Khan talking at TED Talks [the original] and his witty speech where he spoke about his fame, tackling with the rumours and a few anecdotes about his journey – from a Delhi boy to a superstar. John posted the tweet saying, “This was randomly put up in a small article by @theCHIVE very glad i stumbled across it.”
However, Shah Rukh Khan’s reply to the post was worth applauding. He said, “thx for taking out time to ‘See’ it. Wish I can ‘See u’ someday. Love & health to u my man.”
Known for his puns, Shah Rukh Khan replied to the comment but had taken a cue or two from John Cena’s famous dialogue, “You can’t see me.” And we must say John Cena totally got this one! And if you don’t believe us, his response is a proof of how much he enjoyed this ‘pun’ game with Shah Rukh Khan.
Isn’t it fun to see celebrities indulging in such intriguing banters? On the other hand, let us also remind you that it was Shah Rukh Khan who decided to bring the concept of TED Talks to India and is currently happy to play the host of the said version. In fact, the show has already gone on air this month on Star network.
