Sai Pallavi reveals her ideal life partner on KBC; says, “He should be a good human being” and adds cooking skills would be a bonus
Actor Sai Pallavi recently opened up about her idea of an ideal life partner during an appearance on Kaun Banega Crorepati. In a conversation with host Amitabh Bachchan, the actor explained that she would prioritise being with a good human being over having a long list of expectations, adding that knowing how to cook would be an advantage.
During the interaction, Amitabh Bachchan asked Sai Pallavi, “Yadi aapne kabhi tay kiya, ki aap vivah karna chah rahe hain, toh kis tarah ke insaan ko chuniyega aap?” (If you ever decide that you want to get married, what kind of person would you choose?)
Responding to the question, Sai Pallavi shared her perspective on relationships and the importance of self-awareness. She said, “Pehle achhe insaan honi chahiye... because... we should not be very self-centered... introspect karni chahiye, apna actions ko hum ek baar check karni chahiye... toh someone who has some insight about where he is in life, kuch galti kar sakte hain, par usko sudharana chahiye... main bahut list bana rahi hoon aisa nahi, achhe insaan honi chahiye aur agar cooking pata ho toh achha hoga.. (First, he should be a good human being... because we should not be very self-centred. We should introspect and check our own actions once. Someone who has some insight into where he is in life. One can make mistakes, but one should work on correcting them. It is not that I am making a long list; he should be a good human being, and it would be nice if he knew how to cook)."
Her candid response brought smiles and laughter to the studio, with the actor keeping her answer simple while highlighting the importance of being considerate, reflecting on one’s actions and learning from mistakes.
Sai Pallavi appeared on the show as part of the promotions for Ramayana Part 1, in which she portrays Goddess Sita. She was accompanied by co-stars Ranbir Kapoor, who plays Lord Ram, and Ravie Dubey, who essays Laxman. The film is directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Namit Malhotra in association with Yash, who plays Ravan.
Ramayana Part 1 is scheduled to release in cinemas on November 5, 2026. The Kaun Banega Crorepati Diwali Special featuring the actors is scheduled to air on October 29 and 30 at 9 pm on Sony Entertainment Television.
