Devi Sri Prasad, known as Rockstar DSP, was acknowledged by Kanguva director Siva at a recent event. The film’s lead, Suriya, and the production team also praised DSP's work, emphasizing how his music elevated the film's experience. DSP’s background score and album for Kanguva have received a strong response from fans.

Recently released tracks like ‘Thalaivane,’ ‘YOLO,’ ‘Fire Song’ and ‘MAAFI Song’ have drawn strong fan reactions with their catchy beats, creating widespread online buzz. National Award-winning composer DSP’s tracks have gained popularity, and fans are looking forward to experiencing his music in theatres. Kanguva is set for release on November 14, 2024.

 

 

 

In addition to his work on Kanguva, Rockstar DSP recently launched his India Tour, thrilling fans with his first concert in Hyderabad. This tour marks a major musical journey for DSP, who is set to bring his high-energy performances to audiences across multiple cities, including Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, and Delhi. While the official schedule and venue details are still under wraps, fans across India are eagerly awaiting these live performances.

 

On the project front, 2024 is a packed year for DSP, with several major film soundtracks lined up. He’s scoring music for Pushpa 2: The Rule, the much-anticipated sequel to Pushpa, which has already created a massive fan following. In addition, he’s working on Pawan Kalyan’s Ustaad Bhagat Singh, Ajith’s Good Bad Ugly, Naga Chaitanya’s Thandel, and Dhanush’s Kubera. He will also compose for an untitled film featuring Ram Charan. Each of these projects promises to showcase DSP's range, from high-octane soundtracks to soulful melodies, underscoring his prominence in the industry.
