After officially registering their marriage in Mumbai earlier this month, Ira Khan, daughter of Aamir Khan, and fitness trainer Nupur Shikhare headed to Udaipur, Rajasthan, for their wedding celebrations. Keeping fans in the loop, Nupur shared an album on Wednesday morning, offering a glimpse into the festivities. Nupur Shikhare recently treated his followers to a delightful series of pictures capturing the mehendi ceremony.

Nupur Shikhare took to social media to share a collection of images featuring his mother, Pritam Shikhare, and Ira's mother, Reena Dutta, during the mehendi ceremony. The first image featured both mothers, adorned in traditional attire, struck a pose, showcasing their hands adorned with mehendi designs. The following slides in the series unfolded candid moments of the celebration, including Reena Dutta’s smile and Pritam Shikhare dancing with sheer joy. An image also featured Ira Khan sharing a peck on her mother's cheeks. Nupur Shikhare wrote in caption, “Mums are the best,” followed by a red heart emoticon.

 

 

Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare have been sharing glimpses from their wedding festivities with their followers and continue to do so. For the unversed, Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare registered their wedding in an intimate ceremony in Mumbai on January 3. The couple then had their wedding ceremonies in Udaipur, Rajasthan this week. Speaking of Ira Khan's grand wedding reception, it was held at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) in Mumbai. The event saw a bevy of celebrities gracing the occasion, including Nita and Mukesh Ambani, Salman Khan, Raj Thackeray, Dharmendra, Hema Malini, Jaya Bachchan, Rekha, Katrina Kaif, and many more.
