“Just like there is only one Lata Mangeshkar, there is only one Remo D’Souza,” says Asha Bhosle on the sets of DID L’il Masters

Over the last three decades, Zee TV has been instrumental in providing the Indian youth with a global platform to showcase their singing, dancing, and acting talent. The channel's most iconic dance reality show, Dance India Dance, also revolutionized the landscape of dance in the country when it first began to air in 2009. Over the last 13 years, the platform has stood testimonial to the sheer passion and love that India holds in its heart towards dance. After giving the audience a glimpse of this year's mind-blowing talent, Zee TV recently launched its top-rated reality show for the youngest dancing talent in the country - DID L'il Masters Season 5.

Since its launch, viewers have been having a gala time watching these young dancing sensations put up some wonderful acts week after week. This Saturday as well, viewers are in for a special treat as the L’il Masters celebrate the life of the legendary Lata Mangeshkar like never before in the presence of her sister - Asha Bhosle. While everyone was delighted to have her on the show, during the shoot, Asha ji revealed how she was extremely grateful that DID L’il Masters gave her a chance to meet one of her favorite choreographers, Remo Dsouza. Yes, that’s right, Asha Tai spoke about how she has been a huge fan of Remo Dsouza and has watched all his movies. She even got up and danced along with the DID L’il Masters’ judge, leaving him very emotional.

 

Asha Bhosle mentioned during the shoot, "I have been a huge fan of Remo and his dance, and I am so glad that DID has given me this opportunity to meet my favorite choreographer today and dance with him. I have watched all of his movies and songs and I feel like how there is only one Lata Mangeshkar, one Kishore Kumar, and one RD Burman in the industry, and nobody tries to copy them. Just like that, there is just one dancer in the industry and that is Remo D’Souza."

 

Remo Dsouza also added, "I have danced at a lot of places, during a lot of shows, and with a lot of people, but this has to be the best moment of my life. Asha Ji saying that she is my fan has to be the best moment of my life".
