This emotional message of Sridevi for her ‘onscreen’ daughter is still so heart wrenching

We are sure Sridevi’s fans woke up to their biggest nightmare today morning when they heard about the sudden demise of their idol. Sridevi, who was in Dubai attending the wedding of her nephew Mohit Marwah, suffered a cardiac arrest last night. She passed away immediately and the news has since then created furore across Bollywood.

 

This emotional message of Sridevi for her ‘onscreen’ daughter is still so heart wrenching

 

Sridevi was last seen in the film Mom and also was lauded for her brilliant performance of the film. During the promotions of the same, the actress got really emotional during an interview. Sridevi got emotional and sent out this message to her daughter.

 

However, this message was sent across to her onscreen daughter Sajal Ali. The young Pakistani actress played the role of Sri’s teenage daughter in the film Mom. The film featured Sridevi in the role of a powerful mother who is on a mission to avenge the rape of her step-daughter Sajal. It also featured Pakistani actor Adnan Siddiqui as Sri’s husband.

 

In this video, Sridevi gets emotional as she speaks about how much she is missing Adnan and Sajal during the promotions of Mom. The film was produced by Sridevi’s husband Boney Kapoor and went on to receive a lot of critical acclaim.
