Diljit Dosanjh meets Pakistani actor Hamza Sohail of Fairy Tale fame, see photo
Indian singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh is juggling work between the promotions of his upcoming Punjabi movie Jodi and the shoot of The Crew. However, the actor is reportedly on vacation and recently ended up meeting Pakistani actor Hamza Sohail, who is the son of veteran actor Sohail Ahmed.
Hamza Sohail, who was reportedly in Dubai recently, took to his Instagram stories on Tuesday to share a photo with Diljit Dosanjh. The Good Newwz actor was sporting a black jumper with washed blue jeans and a mint colour turban. Hamza wore a black and white Dior t-shirt with black pants. He simply captioned the post as, “Paa jee @diljitdosanjh”. Interestingly, it is a full circle moment for Hamza as his father Sohail Ahmed worked with Diljit on the Punjabi movie Babe Bhangra Paunde Ne. The film also starred Sargun Mehta and was released in October 2022.
Meanwhile, Diljit Dosanjh is currently busy promoting his Punjabi movie Jodi with Nimrat Khaira. Jodi is helmed and written by Amberdeep Singh. It also stars Harsimran, Drishtii Garewal, Hardeep Gill and Ravinder Mand.
Most recently, he created history by becoming the first Punjabi artist to perform at Coachella 2023 and enthralled the audience for two weekends. Diljit Dosanjh will also be seen in Imtiaz Ali's directorial Chamkila with Parineeti Chopra. The actor has also signed The Crew alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kriti Sanon and Tabu
On the other hand, Hamza Sohail is a rising star in Pakistan. He has starred in Urdu dramas including Raqeeb Se, Badshah Begum, and Mein Hari Piya to a name few. Most recently, he garnered international popularity with his Ramzan rom-com Fairy Tale starring alongside Sehar Khan.
