Devang Bhavsar calls his Blackout actor Vikrant Massey "director's delight": "He has not played anything like this"

After the success of the 12th Fail, Vikrant Massey will be next seen in the crime thriller comedy Blackout. The teaser of the film was recently out and has received a lot of love. The movie is written and directed by debutant director Devang Bhavsar.

The talented director shared that he got to learn a lot from Vikrant during the shoot. He shared, "Vikrant was very professional. He is a trained actor I got to learn a lot from him given it's my first film. He was always in his character Lenny, the moment he stepped outside his van. He is an actor who comes with a lot of hard work and homework before coming on the set."

 

The filmmaker further added, "He is a director's delight. In Blackout, the audience will see Vikrant as a completely different character. He has not played anything like this. He didn't shy away, he has gone all out to give the best."

 

Jio Studios presents, in association with 11:11 Productions, Blackout stars Vikrant Massey, Mouni Roy, Sunil Grover, Instagram sensations Karan Sonwane and Saurabh Ghadge, Jisshu, Sengupta, Chhaya Kadam, Prasad Oak, Ruhani Sharma. Produced under Jio Studios by Jyoti Deshpande and under 11:11 Productions by Niraj Kothari, Blackout is set to release on June 7, 2024, on Jio Cinema.
