Chitrangda Singh speaks about Housefull 5 being her first attempt to do comedy: "I can’t tell you how nervous I was"

The much-awaited Housefull 5 is set to hit theaters soon, and actress Chitrangda Singh is thrilled to be part of the iconic comedy franchise. At the trailer launch, Chitrangda expressed her excitement and nervousness about stepping into a genre she had never explored before.

“This is the first time I’m doing comedy. It’s my first attempt at being part of something so huge. Housefull is one of the biggest franchises, and Sajid [Nadiadwala] is one of the biggest producers with an incredible star cast,” she shared.

 

She said, “I can’t tell you how nervous I was! But I just want to thank Tarun [Mansukhani], my director, who cast me in this. He thought of me for the part, and I’m really grateful.”
