Bigg Boss 16: Salman Khan accuses Shalin Bhanot of wanting to gain brownie points referring to his ‘don’t be hard on her’ comment

The family special week inside the Bigg Boss 16 house has brought about quite a few twists in this ongoing show. Adding to it were the Weekend Ka Vaar episodes which saw Simi Garewal, Bharti Singh and other guests coming to entertain the housemates. But the one person that every housemate is eager to see is host Salman Khan. Known for his straightforward hosting techniques, Salman called out Shalin Bhanot for his ‘fake’ concern and love towards Tina Datta during the recent episode.

A video of Salman Khan slamming Shalin Bhanot for his behavior towards Tina Datta started doing the rounds on social media. In the last Weekend Ka Vaar, the Tina - Shalin issue was addressed by the panelists. During the discussion, Salman stated that Shalin just wanted some brownie points and that’s why he defended Tina.

 

Readers may recall that in an earlier Weekend Ka Vaar, Salman was guiding Tina, when Bhanot interrupted him quipping, “Don’t be hard on her…” In the recent episode, Salman made a reference to this Shalin’s comment by saying that Shalin wanted to only ‘portray’ that he cared for Tina and hence said what he did. It was his attempt to garner brownie points. As this showdown between Tina and Shalin is only taking ugly turns. We also saw how Tina tried to get a closure for herself as well as him!

 

 

While it seems that the Shalin Bhanot – Tina Datta chapter is coming to an end, let’s see what more they have in store at the Bigg Boss 16 house.

 

Bigg Boss 16, which airs on Colors, currently has Shiv Thakare, MC Stan, Soundarya Sharma, Archana Gautam, Abdu Rozik, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, Sumbul Touqeer in the running along with Tina Datta and Shalin Bhanot.  The recent contestant to be evicted was Sreejita De.
