Actress Athiya Shetty and cricketer KL Rahul tied the knot this January 23 at Suniel Shetty's farmhouse in Khandala. The couple has been in a relationship for a long time and opted for an intimate wedding ceremony in presence of family and close friends. The couple opted for a private ceremony but had the most fun at the pre-wedding festivities.

Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul shared a slew of photos from their mehendi, puja and haldi ceremonies. As they got married following the South Indian traditions, the photos feature different rituals. Suniel Shetty danced his heart out along with Athiya and KL Rahul.

 

 

In photos, one could also see Akansha Ranjan Kapoor and Tiger Shroff’s sister Krishna Shroff.

 

 

A day ago, she also shared pictures from muhurtham ceremony which was done by Mana Shetty. She was dressed in a gorgeous Madhurya’s handloom kanchivaram silk saree for her ceremony.

 

 

 

 

 

According to an insider, the duo would be hosting a lavish post-wedding bash for all their industry friends and colleagues. Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul remained tight-lipped about their wedding. They have been together for a long time and their first official appearance was at the premiere of Athiya’s brother Ahan Shetty's debut film Tadap in Mumbai in 2021.
