Dwayne Johnson has officially confirmed that Jumanji 3 is in production, marking the final chapter in the popular adventure franchise. Directed by Jake Kasdan, the film will once again bring together the beloved cast — Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Karen Gillan, and Kevin Hart — for one last adventure.

Johnson shared the update on Instagram, revealing that the upcoming installment will serve as the epic conclusion to the Jumanji series. The movie is set to release in theatres on Christmas 2026, promising to deliver a grand and emotional finale for fans around the world.

 

The Jumanji franchise, which began with the 1995 classic starring Robin Williams, was successfully revived in 2017 with Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, followed by Jumanji: The Next Level in 2019. Both films were major box office hits, blending action, humour, and nostalgia to win over a new generation of audiences.

 

With Jumanji 3, the team aims to wrap up the story that has spanned decades, bringing closure to one of Hollywood’s most entertaining adventure sagas.
