Box Office: Tiger Zinda Hai collects 26.16 mil. AED [Rs. 45.68 cr.] at U.A.E/G.C.C box office after 6 weeks

The sequel to the previously released Ek Tha Tiger titled Tiger Zinda Hai and starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif released a while back. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar the Yash Raj Films production venture stormed the box office in both the domestic and international market as well. In this special report we take a look at the collections of the film in the overseas territory of U.A.E/G.C.C after its six week run.

Known to be a Khan strong hold, the UAE/GCC circuit has seen massive collections with Tiger Zinda Hai raking in a staggering 26.16 mil AED or 7.122 mil. USD [Rs. 45.68 cr.] in its six week run. Continuing with the trend this sector continues to dominate the overseas charts in terms of collections of the film emerging as the highest grossing region for Tiger Zinda Hai.

 

However, while Tiger Zinda Hai has managed to dominate the box office till date, the film now faces competition from the Sanjay Leela Bhansali directorial Padmaavat.
