Box Office: Baahubali 2 collects 121 crores on Day 1

The second part of the epic saga Baahubali released yesterday. Titled Baahubali 2 - The Conclusion the film that has certainly been one of the most keenly awaited releases in the recent past was expected to open on a huge note. Living up to expectations, Baahubali 2 - The Conclusion witnessed immense advance bookings across the country with theatres going packed.

Released across four languages Baahubali 2 - The Conclusion has raked in a whopping Rs. 121 Cr on its first day. From this astronomical opening day collection Rs. 41 Cr came in from the Hindi version of the film while another Rs. 80 Cr came in from its Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam versions combined. While this collection figure itself is rather stunning the positive reviews the film has garnered coupled with positive and strong word of mouth and no competition from other releases Baahubali 2 - The Conclusion is expected to witness a higher growth rate over the weekend.
