Ranveer Singh believes in going slow-n-steady

Anyone in his place would've grabbed films left, right and centre. In fact, he would've been on a signing spree. Also, he would've already had two/three films lined up for release in the next few months. But Ranveer Singh, who made a sparkling debut in the immensely likeable BAND BAAJA BAARAAT, is in no hurry to accept each and every film that comes his way. On the contrary, the talented youngster has just one film on hand - Yash Raj's LADIES VS RIKKI BAHL, with the same team of director Maneesh Sharma and co-star Anushka Sharma.

 

"There have been offers aplenty, but I am not impatient to sign movies. Right now, my energies are focused on LADIES VS RIKKI BAHL, which is shaping up exceptionally well," Ranveer says. Reportedly, he was flooded with offers after his debut film clicked, but he didn't sign any movie. "That's true! I've met a lot of film-makers and heard a lot of good scripts. But there's nothing on my plate right now, except LADIES VS RIKKI BAHL," he clarifies.

Well, Ranveer sure is made of different stuff. He belongs to that rare breed of actors who're in no hurry to enter the rate race.
