Lara Dutta has always been synonymous with fitness. Even after giving birth to her baby, Lara has maintained herself by following a strict fitness regimen and practicing Yoga.

After the successful response to her earlier fitness and Yoga DVD called 'H.E.A.L. with Lara', the actress is now ready with her latest DVD titled 'Prenatal Yoga with Lara Dutta'. As the name suggests this one is for pregnant ladies.

 

Prenatal Yoga is a powerful tool for to-be Mothers. The program has been conceived and developed by Lara Dutta and Tonia Clark an expert Prenatal Yoga instructor. It encourages mind body harmony, creates deep relaxation and rejuvenation, and prepares a woman for the process of labour and delivery.

 

The DVD is likely to hit stands next week.
