Karan Malhotra at Manhattan Short Film Festival

Karan Malhotra made headlines with his blockbuster hit Agneepath starring Hrithik Roshan, Priyanka Chopra, Rishi Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt. The latest update on this new director is that he will be addressing the aspiring young filmmakers in the Film Making Master Class series in Manhattan Short, an international film festival that will be held in Mumbai on October 3. But before the commencement of the festival, Karan will be a part of the workshop that will be held at HR College in Mumbai.

 

Talking about this, he said that he has no official training in filmmaking. He will be going as a layman who has learnt the art through experience. He will be discussing the pre-conceived notions that the students might have after they do a film course. He also said that he preferred an open discussion rather than delivering a speech and is eagerly looking forward to watch good quality films from young filmmakers who are the industry's future.Karan Malhotra at Manhattan Short Film Festival
