'Jo Bole So Nihaal' not Shelved

The rumour mills are working overtime! Or, perhaps, some over-active minds are in a tearing hurry to grab attention. According to these sources, the Sunny Deol starrer JO BOLE SO NIHAAL, produced by N.R. Pachisia and directed by Rahul Rawail, has been shelved. Producer N.R. Pachisia sounded amused when we called to clarify the development. We are embarking on a marathon schedule of the film in New York, from May 1 to July 31. Why, we've even decided upon the release date of the film - November 11, 2004. Will this silence the gossip mongers?, he laughs. Perhaps, the rumours may have originated after the producer decided to call off a major schedule in Thailand. We called off the Thailand schedule because it wasn't cost effective, he clarifies. Currently, the film is undergoing a change of star cast. The film will now star two new heroines opposite Sunny Deol, after the earlier two newcomers made an exit. Kamaal Khan continues to enact the main negative role in the film. Meanwhile, producer N.R. Pachisia is planning to start yet another biggie, which will be directed by Anees Bazmee. We are currently talking to Sanjay Dutt and Ajay Devgan to head the cast of this venture. The discussions are in the preliminary stages, he divulges.
