Dil Apna Preet Parayee in color

The colored version of the classic 1960 film Mughal-E-Azam met with mind-blowing success at the box-office when it was re-released on November 12 last year. Perhaps no other grand revival has met with as much success as this one thanks to the new look given to the film with the colorization technique. The film has now set a trend of sorts in reviving the golden era black-and-white classics. A.H.B. Enterprise has now announced the colourization of another classic film Dil Apna Aur Preet Parayee on Meena Kumari's death anniversary. Kamal Amrohi's black and white saga Dil Apna Aur Preet Parayee, is all set to be ornamented with beautiful colors. A.H.B. Enterprise takes this opportunity of paying eternal tribute to Meena Kumari on her death anniversary by colorizing her film Dil Apna Preet Parayee (1960) co-starring Raj Kumar, Om Prakash and Nadira. Prism Pixel Colourization is executed the whole colourization process, with professionals from Australia. The entire process will take place in Famous Studios, Mumbai. After the classic Mughal-e-Azam this would be the second film to be colorized. Also Ravi Chopra is coming out with the colored version of B.R.Chopra's Naya Daur. Dev Anand is planning to revive some golden Navketan Classics, too.
