Now we hear that a social activist has filed a complaint against the actor stating that the site (www.salmankhanfiles.com) is in contempt of the court.

In the complaint filed by lawyer Wajid Khan, the petitioner Hemant Patil claims that since the Mumbai sessions court ruled that the actor must be tried for culpable homicide not amounting for murder in the case, the case was still underway and matter sub-judice.
