Aishwarya opts for banking of Aaradhya's stem cells

The concept of cell banking is gaining immense popularity in today's world, thanks to the celebrities who endorse it and encourage others to do the same.

 

This time round, it's the turn of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who has now opted for banking her daughter Aradhya's stem cells. Talking about the same, she said that she was aware about stem cell banking as a development probably out of her interest in the medical field as most of her friends are doctors. She added that she was aware of this even prior to her marriage. Ash said that this association fulfils the wish of social encouragement and that she was happy to contribute, educate and make people aware about this scientific development.
