In a trend we started at Bollywood Hungama of taking a look at the Box Office performance of films, actors and production houses, this time we look at the collections made by films with an 'A' (Adults only) certificate.
In this special report, we analyze some of the biggest grossers that have an 'Adult' rating tag and yet have managed to dominate ticket windows. While on one hand, we list the top grossing 'A' films, on the other, we list the production houses like Balaji Motion Pictures and Vishesh Films which are constantly pushing the envelope in terms of adult content and compare the two production houses as well.
The recent entrant in the race is the latest Sunny Leone starrer Ragini MMS 2. The film produced by Balaji Motion Pictures, despite a cluttered release and the added competition from the T20 series, has become one of the highest Weekend Grossers in the 'Adult' film genre collecting Rs. 24.50 crores.
