Hours before the much-anticipated release of Pushpa 2, Rashmika Mandanna took to social media to share an emotional message about the film and her journey with the team. The actress expressed overwhelming emotions as she reflected on her experience, revealing how deeply connected she feels to the movie and its crew.

Rashmika’s Heartfelt Post Ahead of Pushpa 2 Release

In a heartfelt series of images shared by Rashmika on her social media, the actress wrote, “Pushpa 2 is releasing tomorrow and right now I am overwhelmed with emotions.” She went on to elaborate, “It's fascinating to see myself be so affected and so personally connected with this team and for a film... never before have I ever let a film influence my emotions.”

Reflecting on the long journey that began during the filming of Pushpa in 2021, Rashmika continued, “Pushpa started in 2021 but for me it started waaaay before that in covid times.” She recalled moments of intense preparation, including learning the Chittoor slang and the journey of working on Pushpa 2 for nearly five years.

A Personal Connection with the Team

Rashmika’s emotional post highlighted her bond with key members of the Pushpa team. She spoke fondly of director Sukumar, saying, “From the point of not knowing how to talk to him to the point where I am so so emotionally connected to him.” The actress also shared her initial nerves around working with Allu Arjun, revealing, “I was so scared of sir to even talk to sir to searching for him in our crowded set to ask if the shot was ok.”

The actress further expressed her gratitude toward her co-stars and team members, including Fahadh Faasil, with whom she worked for two days on Pushpa 2. She mentioned, “I’ve heard you’ve created absolute magic… I love Mythri, they are the best!”

Rashmika emphasized the importance of the team behind Pushpa in achieving the success they are now celebrating. “Success comes because of the people you surround yourself with. And Pushpa is the perfect example of it,” she wrote. The actress praised the hard work and synchronization of the entire crew, stating, “I love how hard we’ve worked, I love what we’ve created today and I love how in sync we all are! I am so proud of us!”

Rashmika concluded her emotional note by sharing her immense pride for the project and the people who helped bring it to life. “These people mean so much to me! SO MUCH TO ME! Team Pushpa!! I love you!”
