Ganesh Acharya reveals Pushpa producers postponed his surgery so that he could choreograph ‘Oo Antava’ : Bollywood News

The song ‘Oo Antava’ from Pushpa featuring Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Allu Arjun has proven to be a massive hit. Even a month after its release, the song is making waves on the internet.

Ganesh Acharya reveals Pushpa producers postponed his surgery so that he could choreograph ‘Oo Antava’

The sizzling number was choreographed by Ganesh Acharya. In a recent conversation with E Times, Ganesh revealed that the producers of Pushpa were so keen on getting him on board that they convinced his doctor to postpone his surgery.

"So, the film was to release on 17th December and Allu Arjun called me on 2nd or 3rd saying Masterji we want to do a song and all that. I told him that it’s really on short notice and I have a cataract surgery tomorrow. But then the producers spoke with the doctor and moved the date and called me to choreograph the song. We rehearsed for two days and started the shoot. I choreographed Samantha for the first time," he revealed.

Ganesh also spoke about Samantha and Allu Arjun bringing sensuality to the song with their attitude which made it work big time. ‘Oo Antava’ is Samantha’s first-ever special dance number.
