EXCLUSIVE: Here’s what SS Rajamouli has to say about Salman Khan who is optimistic about RRR’s success at box office : Bollywood News

Indian actors Jr.NTR and Ram Charan along with director SS Rajamouli were in Mumbai to promote their forthcoming film RRR. The actors had a pre-release launch event which was graced by Salman Khan. After the event, both the actors along with the director and actress Alia Bhatt went to the sets of Bigg Boss 15 to promote the film.

In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, when SS Rajamouli was about his reaction to Salman Khan’s statement that ‘no film should be released until RRR is there in the theatres’, he said, “That's Bhaijan’s way of expressing his love. But for sure we would want the film to run as long as he has blessed us and several people to see.”

SS Rajamouli was further asked about opening day numbers and how his last venture Baahubali broke several records, how it occupied theatres and hearts for months. To which, he responded, “I can't boast about my film numbers but I can talk about how the film is made and what work has been put into it.”

RRR is an upcoming Indian Telugu-language period action drama film directed by S. S. Rajamouli, and produced by D. V. V. Danayya of DVV Entertainments. RRR stars Ram Charan, Jn NTR, Ajay Devgan, and Alia Bhatt as the main leads in the movie. The film is all set to be released on 7^th January 2022.
