EXCLUSIVE: “The bigger the numbers, the happier we are” – says Jr NTR about his expectations from the opening day of RRR

Ace filmmaker SS Rajamouli directorial RRR starring Ram Charan, Jr. NTR, Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn is all set to hit theaters on January 7, 2022. After Baahubali, all eyes are on the upcoming directorial and what kind of records it will break at the box office.

In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, when asked about the expectations from the opening day of RRR, Jr. NTR was quick to reply, “Well I am not a good mathematician, I am an actor. So I’ll leave it to SS Rajamouli to decide what his expectations are. The bigger, the happier. Why not? Mostly for us as actors, I think it’s the word from the audiences that how we have performed as our characters,which were assigned to us as Ram or Bheem. That’s very important to us. Have we given our 100% to his vision? We would like to hear that from the audiences. I guess, the bigger the numbers, the happier we are, happier he is. Well, that’s always there.”

RRR is an impending Indian Telugu-language period action drama film directed by S. S. Rajamouli, and produced by D. V. V. Danayya of DVV Entertainments. RRR features Ram Charan, Jn NTR, Ajay Devgan, and Alia Bhatt as the main leads in the movie. The film is slated to be released on 7^th January 2022.
