Many of the South stars have already made massive donations to the relief fund for the victims, and now joining them is the Pushpa star Allu Arjun.

Hence, it did not take much time for the actor to jump to help the people of Wayanad, Kerala. The Telugu superstar took to social media to share a post expressing his condolences to the victims of the Wayanad landslide and also donated Rs. 25 Lakh to the Kerala CM Relief Fund. He opened up about this in a note he shared on the social media platform X, aka Twitter, wherein he said, "I am deeply saddened by the recent landslide in Wayanad. Kerala has always given me so much love, and I want to do my bit by donating ₹25 lakh to the Kerala CM Relief Fund to support the rehabilitation work. Praying for your safety and strength . @CMOKerala".

Meanwhile, on the work front, the actor is gearing up for the global release of the much-awaited Pushpa 2: The Rule. The film features him in the role of a sandalwood smuggler turned gangster and is helmed by Sukumar. It also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil in the lead. While the teaser which was unveiled earlier this year has already sparked ample anticipation, it will be releasing by the end of the year. Pushpa 2: The Rule will hit the cinemas on December 6, 2024 in multiple languages including Hindi.
