BTS' J-Hope becomes new brand ambassador of Louis Vuitton

The adoration of South Korean artists by viewers for K-pop music, K-dramas, movies have captivated everyone. The luxury houses in the world have resorted to some of the most well-known Korean celebrities for a variety of partnerships due to their ever-expanding reach. Korean celebrities have always dominated the fashion industry. From BTS member Jimin becoming the global brand ambassador for Dior to NewJeans members Hyein and Danielle serving as the brand ambassadors for luxury brand Louis Vuitton. Bangtan Sonyeondan, generally known as BTS, are pop titans reshaping the fashion industry in addition to taking over the world with their music. BTS' j-hope has officially been appointed as a house ambassador for Louis Vuitton, following his group's collaboration with the fashion house from 2021-2022!

Earlier in January of this year, j-hope visited Paris, France and attended a number of luxury brand fashion shows for Louis Vuitton, Dior, and more, where he met Bernard Arnault, CEO of the brand. Now, j-hope will be endorsing the brand as a solo artist for 2023-2024, while fellow member Jimin was recently picked up by Dior, and fellow member SUGA by Valentino.

As per WWD, "He is beloved by fans across the world for his upbeat energy, precise choreography and creative musical direction," LV said in a statement. "With a positive on-and-off-stage presence, J-Hope continues to push artistic boundaries and inspire international audiences." In the picture shared by brand for the announcement, j-hope can be seen wearing a silver and blue jacket by LV and tailored grey flared pants.

BTS were collectively signed as ambassadors for Louis Vuitton in 2021. The supergroup is currently on a break as its members pursue individual projects and eldest member Jin kicked off his mandatory military service.
