This highly anticipated track carries a powerful and introspective message, urging listeners to break free from darkness and move forward. As the sole writer of “Panic,” BEOMGYU masterfully infuses the song with deep personal emotions, drawing from his own journey of finding solace in music.

BEOMGYU Shares a Heartfelt Message with Fans

Ahead of the release, BEOMGYU took to Weverse on March 23 to share a heartfelt handwritten letter with fans. He expressed how “Panic” reflects feelings of uncertainty and the search for comfort, “I think more people than we think go through each day feeling lost, as if they're walking through a long, uncertain tunnel. I’ve also had days when darkness weighed on me, and during those times, I found comfort in the music I love.”

He further emphasized the healing power of music, hoping that “Panic” will provide strength to those who need it, “Just as music gave me strength, I hope my voice and my stories can bring comfort to others. I truly hope this song reaches deep into your heart and becomes a source of strength to help you keep moving forward.”

A Milestone in BEOMGYU’s Artistic Evolution

With “Panic,” BEOMGYU solidifies his position as a multifaceted artist and songwriter. His creative journey began with co-producing "Maze in the Mirror" from TXT's 2nd Mini Album, The Dream Chapter: ETERNITY (2020). He continued to showcase his artistry by contributing to TXT’s discography, including, "What If I Had Been That Puma" (The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE, 2021), and "Blue Spring" (The Name Chapter: FREEFALL, 2023). Now, with his first solo mixtape, BEOMGYU takes his musical storytelling to new heights.

TXT’s Global Expansion and Historic Achievements

The announcement of “Panic” coincides with TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s world tour, ‘ACT : PROMISE - EP. 2.’ The band recently kicked off the European leg of their tour on March 20 at Barcelona’s Palau Sant Jordi, marking their first time performing in Europe—a testament to their rising global influence. TXT is also set to make history as the first K-pop group to perform at AXE Ceremonia 2025. Their headline set on April 5 will be the group’s debut at a Latin American music festival, further expanding their reach and cementing their position as Gen Z’s leading band.
