Ed Westwick and Amy Jackson welcome baby boy, Oscar Alexander

Gossip Girl star Ed Westwick, known for his iconic role in the hit teen drama, has become a father! He and his wife, Amy Jackson, announced the birth of their son, Oscar Alexander Westwick, in a heartfelt Instagram post on Monday.

The couple shared black-and-white photos of themselves holding their newborn outdoors. They captioned the post, “Welcome to the world, baby boy. Oscar Alexander Westwick.”

This is Amy Jackson’s second child. She is already a mother to 5-year-old Andreas, whom she shares with her ex-fiancé, hotelier George Panayiotou.

Westwick, 37, and Jackson, 33, revealed their pregnancy in October 2024 with a stunning maternity shoot. Captioning the post “Mum and Dad,” Jackson showcased her baby bump in a white gown. She was later seen proudly flaunting her bump while out with Westwick in London.

Westwick and Jackson got married in a grand ceremony on Italy’s Amalfi Coast in August 2024. The lavish wedding was attended by close family and friends. A month later, Westwick marked their anniversary by sharing a romantic black-and-white wedding photo, writing, “@iamamyjackson you made me the happiest guy on the planet. I love you.”

Jackson and Westwick’s romance began at the Silverstone Circuit racetrack in late 2021. Westwick proposed to the Singh Is Bliing actress in January 2024 during a romantic getaway in Gstaad, Switzerland. Announcing their engagement, the couple shared stunning proposal photos with the caption, “Hell YES.” Westwick later expressed his joy on Instagram, saying he had “hit the jackpot.”

Westwick had previously praised Jackson for being “a great mother” to Andreas. Jackson welcomed her first son in September 2019 but split from Panayiotou two years later.
