Bollywood star Alia Bhatt returned to the stage after several years to perform on some of the hit tracks from her films. The actress was in attendance at the Zee Cine Awards 2023 on Sunday night where she won Best Actor Female and Viewers’ Choice Best Actress awards for her performances in Gangubai Kathiawadi and Darlings, respectively. After the show, the actress celebrated the award wins with her husband, actor Ranbir Kapoor.
Taking to Instagram, Alia posted a picture of herself holding her award, which was captured by her husband Ranbir Kapoor.
Alia wrote, “Gangu love. Thank you Zee Cine awards for the honour! Sir- no words will ever be enough for how grateful I am to you @Bhansaliproductions. Special mention to my husband for patiently taking my picture at 2 am.”

Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt welcomed her first, Raha Kapoor with husband Ranbir Kapoor in November 2022. On the work front, Alia Bhatt will next be seen opposite her Gully Boy co-star, Ranveer Singh, in Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. The film also stars Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi. It is slated to be released in July 2023. She will also make her Hollywood debut with Heart of Stone starring alongside Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan.
