The celebrities always have to make sure they are in shape and healthy by trying different physical workout routines. Some opt for Pilates, aerial yoga, some perform yoga and some work it out at the gym. If one celebrity who has had a tremendous transformation and is very disciplined about her healthy life, it’s Alia Bhatt.

Alia Bhatt happens to be a fitness enthusiast who makes sure she never misses a day of the gym session. From yoga to proper gyming to boxing, she does everything to make herself ready for the day. On Friday morning, Alia gave a glimpse of rolling over and standing during her training session with celebrity fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala. She captioned the video, “#FunctionalFriday Roll over to stand (my workouts are really incomplete without @yasminkarachiwala giving me 6000 instructions).”

On the work front, Alia Bhatt was last seen in Badrinath Ki Dulhania opposite Varun Dhawan. Her upcoming projects include Ayan Mukherji’s Brahmastra starring Ranbir Kapoor and Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy where she will share screen space with Ranveer Singh. She will be seen in Meghna Gulzar’s Raazi with Vicky Kaushal. The film is slated to release on May 11, 2018.
