Meanwhile, the trailer of Sooryavanshi was launched at a grand event in Mumbai a few days before. Apart from Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif and Rohit, the event was also graced by Ranveer Singh, Ajay Devgn, and Karan Johar. Akshay Kumar will play the role of DCP Veer Sooryavanshi, thus introducing the third cop of Rohit Shetty's cop universe. Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn will be seen in a special cameo in the film as Simmba and Singham respectively.
