Recently, Waluscha happened to come across an aspiring model at the gym who happened to be following an unhealthy diet and Waluscha decided to help her out. She designed a complete diet chart for the model and cleared all the myths people tend to follow while trying to shed weight. She was baffled to see how teenagers these days go on a crash diet to lose weight, which is so unhealthy and harmful to the body. The aspiring model was ecstatic to receive guidance from a supermodel like Waluscha.

Confirming the news, Waluscha said that she doesn't believe in depriving the body of anything. She added, "I recommend Pilates to everyone. It is the ideal exercise for those looking to lose weight. One should combine it with cardio, and a balanced diet with the right amount of carbohydrates and protein. The key lies in eating all kinds of food in the right proportions."
