Vicky Kaushal observes Karwa Chauth for lady love Katrina Kaif : Bollywood News

Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif tied the knot with Vicky Kaushal in December 2021. The year 2022 is quite interesting for their fans as the duo celebrated a bunch of occasions for the first time as a married couple. Interestingly, Karwa Chauth was also one of them. According to tradition, the wife observes a day-long fast for her husband's well-being. However, Vicky Kaushal went a mile ahead to make this occasion more special for her lady love.

Katrina revealed that they both held fast for each other on Karwa Chauth. In an interview with Pinkvilla, Katrina said Vicky Kaushal chose to fast by himself. She also revealed that she felt very hungry while waiting for the rituals.

Kat said, “I was hungry. (laughs). The thing was the moon was going to be seen in Mumbai at 9:01 and it was not seen, I think, till 9:35. And it's almost like your mind is prepared for what it's expected, but after 9 to 9:30, I was like 'I'm hungry! I'm really, really hungry!’”

Elaborating further, the Tiger Zinda Hai actress added, “But, the sweetest thing was that Vicky was also fasting. Yes, he also fasted. It's not like I asked him to do it all. I didn't say anything. He did it himself, so that was sweet. Because it was our first year of marriage, there's pooja which happens and all that. So, that was lovely.”

On the night of Karwa Chauthvon Thursday, the Zero actress took to her social media handle and shared a few pictures giving a peek into her first Karwa Chauth with Vicky. While in two pictures, the couple posed together, they also posed for a family picture. While Kat draped a pink saree with a colourful blouse, Vicky opted for a chic look in cream ethnic wear.
