Taking to his Instagram, he shared a captivating still from the film, where he can be seen in character as Deepak, standing pensively at the ghat, gazing sadly at a burning pyre. Accompanying the gloomy still, Vicky added a red balloon emoji and wrote, “8 years!”

As soon as the actor posted the picture, his social media handle was flooded with love and appreciation from fans and followers. They lauded the film's brilliance and praised Vicky Kaushal's impeccable portrayal of Deepak. Directed by Laxman Utekar, the film released on June 2. Vicky is now gearing up for Meghna Gulzar's Sam Bahadur. He also has a film with Triptii Dimri, directed by Anand Tiwari.
