With his performances in various projects, actor Ishaan Khatter has had gained applause from the audience. Today, on November 1, the actor turned a year older. While his fan pages are leaving no stone unturned to send the best wishes to him virtually, his brother Shahid Kapoor also has some warm words for his little brother.

On the occasion of Ishaan’s 27th birthday, Shahid took to his official social media handle and shared a goofy video featuring multiple short video clips and photos of the brother duo. Interestingly, the video also has a childhood picture of the duo, in which Shahid can be seen holding a toddler Ishaan in his arms.

Instagramming the video post, the Kabir Singh actor wrote, “Happy birthday,” and tagged the birthday boy. Keeping his write-up short but sweet, Kapoor added, “Only Jhappis and Pappis for you (Only hugs and kisses for you).” As soon as he shared the video on his media feed, a section of his 36.3M followers flooded the comments section with birthday wishes for Ishaan.

Interestingly, earlier in the day, the Dhadak actor’s sister-in-law, Mira Rajput had also shared a post for his birthday. In the goofy picture, Mira and Shahid can be seen standing together, while Ishaan gives a dramatic post of running towards them. However, Mira can be seen using all her force to keep him away in the photo. The caption read, “We have 2 kids that sleep in their own beds but one who refuses to get out of ours.”

Coming to his professional front, Ishaan is currently busy with the promotions of his upcoming film, titled PhoneBhoot. The horror-comedy will also star Katrina Kaif, Siddhant Chaturvedi, and Jackie Shroff. Directed by Gurmmeet Singh, the film is slated to release on November 4.
