Bollywood’s king Shah Rukh Khan returned to the big screen after four years with a bang as Pathaan created history. Even six weeks after its release, the film is still screening at numerous theatres across the country. While the final numbers are awaited, it has already earned the label of being an all-time blockbuster surpassing the collection of Baahubali 2: The Conclusion. Thus, it won’t be wrong to say that King Khan enjoys a massive fan following, and the actor himself has credited his fans’ love for the success of Pathaan in his recent tweet.
For the unversed, on Wednesday, Shah Rukh took to his verified Twitter handle and penned a note dedicated to his fans. In his brief note, he thanked fans for showering love on the Siddharth Anand directorial. He gave a twist to fictional character Michael Corleone’s popular line a twist as he wrote, “ITS NOT THE BUSINESS….ITS STRICTLY PERSONAL.”
The 57-year-old actor further added, “Making ppl smile & entertaining them is our business & if we don’t take it personally….it will never fly. Thanks to all who gave Pathaan love & all who worked on the film & proved ki mehnat lagan aur bharosa abhi Zinda Hai.Jai Hind.” In no time, SRKians and twitterati flooded the comments section with red-heart emoticons and expressed their excitement to see him back on the big screen with Jawan and Dunki.

Speaking to the professional front, Khan is currently working on Atlee Kumar’s Pan-India film Jawan, which will also star lady superstar Nayanthara and South sensation Vijay Sethupathi. Meanwhile, Dunki, directed by Rajkumar Hirani, stars Taapse Pannu opposite Shah Rukh.
